What is the return policy?
Return & Satisfaction Policy
We are committed to ensuring every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, broken, or defective. If this occurs, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement. To request assistance, please contact us within seven days of delivery and provide a photo of the damaged item. Once verified, we will promptly process your refund or replacement.
Items must be unused and in their original condition, except in cases of verified damage. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we cannot be held responsible for damages that occur after delivery due to mishandling. Our policies are designed to maintain fairness while ensuring that our products remain safe, high-quality, and delivered in perfect condition.

Care Instructions – Water
Please note that these vases are not waterproof. We recommend placing a layer of cellophane inside the vase, followed by floral foam, to prevent any leakage and protect your surfaces.
When will I get my order?
Once your order is placed, our manufacturing process typically takes 1–3 days. After that, shipping usually takes an additional 2–5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Planning for a Big Event or Holiday
If you need our products for a party, special celebration, or important holiday such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or other significant events, we strongly recommend placing your order 1–2 months in advance.
Orders placed 1–2 weeks before a holiday or major event may arrive late. Please note that late delivery in these cases is not our responsibility, as all products are made on demand once an order is received.
